RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any product,
you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
​
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return is approved. We will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, minus any small card fees, which may vary, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that that any shipping costs you may have paid with your original order are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

In the event that you would like to exchange any item(s), the following steps will need to be taken:
​
- Ship the item(s) you do not want (and you will be responsible for the shipping cost)
-Notify us via email what item(s) you would like instead
-If there is a difference in the total cost of the items, this will be adjusted. For example, if your new items will cost more than the original ones you returned, you will be sent an invoice to pay the difference before the items are shipped to you. If your new items will cost less than the original ones you returned, the difference will be refunded to your account, minus any small card fees, which may vary.
-You will also be invoiced the shipping cost for the replacement items to pay before we can ship the new items to you.

Please note that the same policy of item inspection will apply as when returning items before an exchange will be processed.

PROMOTIONS
​
Items that you return that were purchased at a sale price will be refunded the sale price that you paid for them.
​
If you purchased any items using a BOGO promotion (such as buy 2 get 1 free), and then you wish to return any of those items, then the total amount you originally paid will be divided equally among the number of items purchased, and each item will be given a promotional value, which will then be refunded to your account based off how many of the items you are returning.

OPTION 2: SHIP IT VIA MAIL
You may ship your return to us within 14 calendar days, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
